Charles’s Story

By the time I was a junior in high school, I weighed a whopping 360lbs, and I was miserable. The simple things in life like tying my shoes, walking up stairs, and getting out of bed were challenges. I couldn’t buy clothes from the regular stores, I always felt out of place and awkward. The situation grew critical when I started having blood sugar and blood pressure problems. I tried to change through special diets and even tried pills, but it seemed that the more “dieting” I tried, the more I rebelled, and I always ended up worse than I started. After a few dramatic health scares, I knew I had to make some huge changes in my life, drastic changes. I was determined to get the weight off once and for all!

In only two years, I lost 159lbs! Not through any magic diet program-I just started eating sensibly and exercising regularly. It wasn’t about any mysterious plan-it was all about staying motivated through the ups and downs of my transformation. I believe the thing that really made it all work was the consistency which I employed through my journey-and that consistency came through a burning desire to be fit and healthy-looking and feeling my best ever! I didn’t allow anything to stand in my way. Remarkably, my body shows almost no signs of the morbidly obese state it was once in-which has amazed everyone. From having to wear a size 50 inch pant, to being ripped and sporting a six pack-I feel blessed that my body has been so resilient. It’s just another piece of evidence demonstrating just how much our bodies adapt to what we put it through-both the good and bad.

I now teach the methods that I developed, which worked so well for me through my transformation. These methods have helped thousands of people to transform their lives, improving their health and confidence.

I have made it my mission to inspire others to take back control of their health from their habits. When I was just 17, I made a decision that probably saved my life. It wasn’t an easy road, but I did it-not through any special program or magic pill, just being consistent in eating healthily and exercise. If you let me help you, I will teach you to do the same thing-and achieve just as much as I have!

Now I’m a St. Louis University grad and I’ve been slim and trim for nearly a decade. Aside from a college degree, I hold certifications in both personal training and sports nutrition. I have been blessed to have the unique honor and privilege of helping over 1700 others achieve their weight loss goals! I did it, they did it, and so can you!
